Why are my tasks not showing up on TSheets Mobile app anymore? It all shows up on QuickBooks Online. There is nothing on the internet anywhere and I cannot figure out how to get this to show up for my site crews.

I'm here to help you fix the syncing issue of your T-sheets mobile app with your QuickBooks Online, @ADKDyl.

 

It's important to have a dependable program, especially if you're running a business. I'd like to offer my assistance in resolving your tasks syncing problem.

 

Clearing the application's cache files is advised if it is not operating properly. It is a useful first step in problem-solving of any kind. I recommend logging out and logging back in with your application. Reset the application if that doesn't help.

 

Make that any timesheet data stored on your mobile device has been able to sync with the web app before resetting the app; failing to do so will loss the timesheet data.

 

Here's how:

  1. On your mobile device, in the upper left, tap the profile icon.
  2. Click More.
  3. Select Settings
  4. Choose Reset app.
  5. Click Reset app again when prompted.

Reinstall the QuickBooks Time mobile app if it doesn't work.

 

Make sure that any timesheet data stored on your mobile device has been able to sync with the web app before uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Otherwise, timesheet will loss the data.

That did not help... This is something that is happening across all mobile devices throughout the company. It seems to be more server related than Cache related. I have already attempted to reset, reinstall, clear cookies/caches. Not really sure what else is left for me to try.

Thanks for following up with the Community, ADKDyl. I appreciate you performing Ethel_A's recommended troubleshooting steps.
 

Since that didn't solve the issue with your project tasks not displaying in the mobile app, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling it.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. Uninstall your app.
    • Android - go to Settings, Apps & notifications, QuickBooks Time, then tap Uninstall.
    • iOS - Press and hold the app on your home screen until an X appears in its top left corner. Hit the X icon to uninstall it.
  2. After uninstalling, you can reinstall the app by going to either your Google Play store or App store, and searching for "QuickBooks Time".
  3. Once you've found the app, begin installing it.
  4. When it finishes, open your app, and sign in.
  5. On Time Clock, below JOB or CUSTOMER, search for the job/customer.

 

If your project tasks still aren't displaying, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
