Purchase order ship to drop down

 

We just downloaded Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2022

 

The ship to drop down in Purchase Order is not working.    How do I fix this?   Is it a glitch in the Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2022 software?

Let’s get your ship to drop-down working. You’ll want to download and run our QuickBooks Tool Hub. This is where you can get tools to fix QuickBooks Desktop issues. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Then, save the file on your Desktop.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Then, follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  5. From the launchpad, select the QuickBooks File Doctor tool.

 

It will take 2-3 minutes to complete download. Once done, restart your computer, open QuickBooks, and then check the ship to drop-down again.

Thanks for getting back for more support, @POWE. I understand you need to fix this as soon as possible. 

 

Since the resolution shared by my peer didn't fix the issue, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can help you check what's causing this to happen, and request to investigate whenever possible.
