Purchase order skipping lines when adding items for large POs on QuickBooks Enterprise 2024 vR6_74

Hey all,

 

I'm currently experiencing a weird issue with QuickBooks Enterprise Purchase Orders. Currently preparing a large PO but for some reason when we're adding items it started to skip lines and then subsequently crashes.

 

We're not sure what is causing this issue but it's causing major down time for us and interrupting our work. 

 

Can someone please assist us or direct us to someone who can? That would be of great help.

Hi there, Ronaldo. Let's work together in troubleshooting your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to ensure you successfully add the items to your purchase order.

 

If you experience issues on your desktop, you can utilize the Rebuild Data tool to fix data damage in your QBDT company file.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your QBDT account, go to the File menu.
  2. Hover over Utilities, then click Rebuild Data.
  3. Your file's repairing. Please wait as this process may take some time. 
  4. Once done, click OK.
  5. Go back to the File menu. Then, hover over Utilities. Click Verify Data.
  6. The tool will check your file for data issues.

Hey Rhoice, it did not work.

 

The PO is still skipping lines. Any other Suggestions?

Since the issue is still occurring, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They can review your account with a screen share tool to walk you through some additional actions to help resolve the problem.

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Click on the Contact Us button. 
  4. Enter your question and tap let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
