Since you're getting strange results when printing an invoice, let's repair it by downloading QuickBooks Tools Hub.
QuickBooks printer repair tool solves major QuickBooks printing problems with invoices. Below are the steps to be followed to use the tool to solve your issue.
I'll demonstrate how:
- Download the QuickBooks Tools Hub file and once downloaded open QuickBooksToolsHub.exe.
- The steps to install will be shown on the screen. Follow them and agree to the terms and conditions.
- On complete installation, double-click the QuickBooks Tools Hub.
- Select Program Problems in the QuickBooks Tools Hub.
- Click on QuickBooks Printer Repair Tool and let the tool run.
- After the QuickBooks printer repair tool has run, try to print the invoices once again.
Next, try adjusting the columns and widths of the printing to resolve the issue.
You can change the layout to portrait by clicking the Customize data layout in the Print tab and filter other details as necessary. I'll guide you how:
- Click Customers then Customers Center.
- Choose the invoice transaction you want to print.
- Select Formatting then, click Customize Data Layout.
- Tap the Print button.
- Click the Use specified printer settings below for this Invoice radio button.
- Under ORIENTATION click Portrait.
- Hit OK.
