Join nowAnyone else lose connection to the QB server for multiuser mode when the root CA certificate expired on Oct 1, 2021? Customer service has been no help. I subscribed to the updates, but nothing is happening. I need help!
Let's get your multi-user mode working, @Parsley.
You'll want to run the QuickBooks Database Server Manager on your server. Your server computer is the one that stores your QuickBooks company file(s). Your other computers connected to your network are your workstations. Thus, let's start our troubleshooting steps from there.
Let me guide you how:
After that, open QuickBooks on each workstation. Go to File and Switch to Multi-user Mode. Once your workstations can go into multi-user mode without any issues, everything is fixed.
