never got QBD 2024, since i switched to QBO since 2023 June

Yes, upgraded immediately in hopes that it would alleviate the constant crashing and it is the SAME but maybe crashes a bit less?

All of this is to phase us out, right?  They want us to go to QBO which I hate, as my user name states, LOL.

will all the data transfer from QBO or QBD to Sage-50? Because in Sage-100 you lose a lot of data such as old invoices, old purchase orders, only financials, customers, and sku's come over.

Consider to convert your data to QB Desktop file and you can use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then you may start from scratch in a new program to lower your conversion costs.

You can still purchase QB Desktop 2024 and they will support it until 2027. I believe they will still release QB Desktop 2025 Enterprise this year. Unless they announce that we can export data directly from QBO to TurboTax.

@4Gal I have 2021 QBD Premier CD which I can download from QB website as well as the license will always work and then I can install it and have the data in QB Desktop version which I can access and no need to use QB Premier 2021. But the record would be there if I need to access it.

I have tried this method and selective start up as well. Nothing allows QB to install in windows 11.I was on the phone with QB support for 45 minutes allowing screen share as well. Now trying to install in Safe Mode. Pay Intuit over 700 annually and they have poor support! SUCKS!

I did contact support tech and she was using glance to help. After setting the computer in Selective start and other methods, it still did not work. She gave up and disconnected our remote access and hung up the phone. I am now at my whits end and will be contacting my credit card company to let them stop my annual subscription payment! So far I have over 7 hours wasted in trying to install QB 2023 on my laptop.

Can I ask which one you chose?  And it is insulting that they charge us so much on top of us being in constant frustration mode.
