Microsoft and Apple update their OS versions to improve performance, security, and productivity. New OS versions are released for public beta testing to make sure issues are found and resolved before release to the general public.

Intuit doesn’t support running any of its software on Beta versions of any OS. Some features might not run correctly. QuickBooks is always designed and built to run on the final public release OS version that is available at the time of development. We don’t prevent you from installing QuickBooks Desktop on beta OSs.

If you choose to use QuickBooks Desktop on an OS we don’t support, you might run into issues in QuickBooks. Our team is working to make sure our software is compatible. We’ll share new information when the compatibility certification process is complete.
