The error indicates that your account is about to expire. When you purchase a subscription, it's set to automatic renewal by default.
Let's make sure your billing details is up to date and active so you can continue using QuickBooks. Please keep in mind that only the primary contact for the account can change the billing information.

Login to your CAMPS and check your license status. If you are using QB Desktop 2021 Pro Plus (subscription), you may have 2 options:
1. Purchase a one time license for QB Desktop 2021 Pro
2. Purchase a new subscription license for QB Desktop 2022 Pro Plus. You can get a single user license for $350 from a partner/reseller.
