Buy nowIs Landed Cost available in a report?
We are trying to output a report that contains MPN, Cost and Landed Cost
We could not find anything.
Is it availabe in Advanced Reporting?
Hi there, @PEIWKP.
At this time, the option to run a report that contains MPN, Cost and Landed Cost is not an option in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). However, you can run a Quick Report for the Landed cost account on your Chart of Accounts. To do this, here's how:
We recognize that each company has unique needs, and I can see how the report you're looking for would benefit and empower your business. In the meantime, I recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. We are trying to get a report to show what the "landed cost" is for each item that is showing up in the item record.
The item record shows such things as Cost, Sales Price, Landed Cost, COGS account, Income account, etc.
Unfortunately the instructions you provided show the historical "landed cost to allocate" but does not show the actual "landed cost" for each item AFTER the allocation.
Thank you for coming back to the Community, PEIWKP.
I understand how critical it is for your company to know the exact landed cost of each item. This allows you to easily track the product.
The solution shared by my colleague is only an alternative method since there's no built-in report for the landed cost. I still encourage you to let our engineers know so they can include the mentioned report in future updates. For detailed instructions, you can follow the instructions provided by @MirriamM.
You can read this article to find answers to frequently asked questions about landed cost: FAQ.
Furthermore, these resources provide an overview of the setup process for your landed cost as well as adding shipping and handling items to your bills:

I know there are so many people in this situation. We also need this to get some important reports on QBAR. Does someone at Intuit let us know if this field will be available to use at QBAR, and when to expect that?
it is very frustrating to have ver useful options but no way to get reports from this data.
thank you
We hear you, @Giovannip.
What you're feeling right now is valid. And, I see how the presence of this field in the QBAR reports can be helpful to you in managing your business. Allow me to clear things out.
Currently, the field Landed Cost in QBAR reports is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. In the meantime, you can send your feedback to our software engineers to raise your suggestion.
They may consider adding this feature to our future product updates. Below are a few steps to submit feedback:
