I can share some insights into why you're unable to use the Bank Feeds on your company file. It looks like you're using an outdated version of QuickBooks.
Some features and services will be discontinued when a version of QuickBooks Desktop is discontinued. One of them is online banking or bank feeds.

You can upgrade to a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop to keep using the Bank Feeds feature. Here's how:
- When you’re ready, select Upgrade Now.
- Select Keep old version on my computer if you want to keep your current QuickBooks.
- Click Let’s go. QuickBooks will download, install, and activate the new version for you. It updates your company file(s).
- When the upgrade is done, select Open QuickBooks.
- The upgrade may take some time. It depends on your internet speed and the size of your company file(s).
