Since this issue has been going on for a while now, I recommend contacting the support team. They have the resources to determine why you're experiencing this while ensuring all your personal information remains protected.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Click the appropriate tab that matches your concern.
- Select how you want to connect with us:
- Phone number - Call our support line directly.
- Chat - Start a conversation.
- Callback - We'll save your spot in line and call you back.
In the meantime, we can use your iPad or laptop to access QuickBooks to continue managing your business.
