QBO Advanced 3 custom field print on form limit

YES, I have requested more than 3 fields to be printed on an estimate for years now.  I am looking at other programs now to see if I can find a different invoicing/estimate/accounting software.

Hi, yes I too have the same issues and am actively looking to change from QBO, they are increasing the subscriptions but not offering the flexibility and core elements essential for a basic commercial document. I also have requested the feature now for years and when you call support thats the only help they offer, send feedback!!!!

It sounds like you are expecting something like QuickBooks Desktop functionality from QuickBooks Online - which I seriously doubt you'll ever get.

Desktop can include up to 15 item custom fields on invoice tables as 30 customer custom fields in the header of invoices and every other sales transaction - and for good reason: It's what customers want.

It seems easy enough for QuickBooks Online to copy Desktop, but for 25 years they haven't bothered.  I really don't think entering another suggestion will make a difference.
