QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

By default the Amazon QBO integration only shows 3 transactions within an Amazon order, but you can click "See All" to show all the transactions (and subsequently categorize all of them). This "See All" button no longer works (it used to; I used it about a month ago). When I click the "See All" button, nothing happens. In the browser JavaScript console I consistently get the following error:

TextField requires the use of one of these attributes: label, aria-label, aria-labelledby 2 ids.js:1:2676

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

I appreciate you adding your first post today, Sam. I want to share some troubleshooting guides to categorize your transactions accordingly.

The cache of your browser may have an impact on your experience. For now, you can try to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a private window to manage your Amazon entries and click the See All link successfully. The procedure can assist in removing any cache-related issues that may have caused the problems. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press CtrlShift N
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CtrlShift P

If it works fine, switch back to your regular browser, then clear its cache to start fresh. However, if you encounter the same experience, try using another compatible browser to narrow down the result.

Aside from your Amazon entries, you may also run through the resources from this link for more reference while reviewing your banking entries in our system: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you may have to reconcile your accounts regularly to track the balances and match your bank and credit card statements.

Please feel free to click the Reply button, then leave a comment below if you have other questions while performing the steps provided to view your entries. I'm just a few clicks away to help. Have a good one!

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

Unfortunately clearing the cache, a private browser window, and different browsers all produce the exact same error, leading me to believe it's an error with the Quickbooks software.

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

Hello, @sam_grounded.

I understand the importance of maintaining a seamless integration to ensure accurate financial records. I'm here to assist you in resolving this matter.

It's possible that the connection was interrupted, leading to the current issue. No worries, we can easily troubleshoot this and re-establish the connection. Here's a step-by-step guide to guide you through the process:

  1. Initiate the reconnection process for the QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Amazon Business integration.
  2. Follow the prompts and select Next and then Continue as you navigate through the reconnection process.
  3. When prompted to choose a date to prevent any duplicate transactions from being imported. The default date is set to a year ago, so be sure to change this accordingly.
  4. To allow QuickBooks and Amazon Business to share product details, select Agree when prompted.
  5. Enter your Amazon Business login credentials, and then select Sign in.
  6. Once you've completed the above steps, select Check it out to finish the reconnection process.

In some cases, connecting an app with a high volume of daily transactions can occasionally cause performance issues. To address this, you can change the sync options within the app. Opt for a daily summary sync instead of individual transactions. This can help prevent freezing issues. If needed, you can reach out to Amazon for further assistance on adjusting these settings.

Furthermore, I recommend reconciling your accounts. This helps identify any disparities between your QuickBooks records and your bank statements. It also detects errors, like duplicate or missing transactions, as well as incorrect amounts.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you encounter any challenges during this process or if you need further assistance. Our team is here to support you and ensure a smooth integration

This did not solve the issue. I re-connected the account and I still have the exact same issue. Your team is giving me generic solutions that are not actually solutions at all, and you are risking making my issues even worse, because now the data refresh might have other downstream impacts.

It would be really great if you could bring the actual error message that I explained in my original post to your software team and actually take the time to try to reproduce the issue yourselves instead of giving me generic advice that is the equivalent of "reboot the machine".

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

I contacted support, it took an hour to demonstrate the problem, only to end up with the agent seeing that it was a known issue and there was already a case open.  They said they would add me to the case.  Then a few days later I received a notification that my case was closed for insufficient evidence.  I reached back out to support and spent another significant amount of time for them to investigate and they said the reason the case had been closed was actually the original issue was fixed and that the text of my email was in error.  They asked if I could verify but I had no transaction with more than 3 items to check at the time.

Now I have a transaction with more than 3 items and I see the problem still isn't fixed.

This way of handling technical tickets makes my job more difficult.  One of the case numbers involved: 15109635300.

I understand how updates are relevant, and I appreciate the time you've taken to let us know about this concern, e-edwards. Let me provide information to help you keep going in categorizing your transactions in your account.

As per checking, the current status of this investigation is already resolved and is working efficiently for all other users. In your case, you can manually add the transactions to QuickBooks Online and modify the expenses, then categorize the entries.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team again to have your account reviewed and provide timely assistance in getting this resolved. They have the necessary tools to investigate this further and help you keep going in handling your entries. To do this:

  1. In your QBO account, click the Help icon and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern and click Let's Talk.
  3. Select Start a chat or Get a callback with a support expert

Once everything comes in handy, you can start reconciling your accounts to track the balances and match your bank and credit card statements.

I'll keep an eye on this thread to assist you with any of your queries. Just keep me posted below, so I can get you covered. Keep safe!

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

I think this is a great example that shows the dysfunction in Quickbooks Online Support.

1) I already contacted QBO support again for a third time, and they confirmed that the case I mentioned was closed, but that there was already another case open and an internal technical support ticket open (INV-97293).  If your closed tickets have bad information you're going to tell bad information to your customers.

2) In this case you said "you can manually add the transactions to QuickBooks Online and modify the expenses, then categorize the entries" which is true, I can and have been doing this.  This is a workaround that needs to be done until the underlying technical issue is resolved.  However a workaround is not "already resolved and is working efficiently for all other users".  Mislabeling a workaround into being an accepted solution is bad communication.

You are doing the lord's work. This is a classic case of the support team using every page from the playbook they're provided with, trying to resolve what is fundamentally and engineering bug that cannot be resolved by the standard support playbook.

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

I am experiencing the same issue. After QBO was integrated with Amazon Sellers Channel I received updates in the App Transactions, but the last payout on Jan 31st was not downloaded and categorized accordingly. This is very frustrating because now QuickBooks do not reflect neither inventory nor transactions. I've tried all steps proposed above including browser incognito mode and another browser
Also, if I try to import transactions manually I am afraid of getting duplicates.
Please advice

QBO Amazon Integration Cannot See All Transactions

Hi there, info. I would like to provide some insights on the matter at hand.

If you are unable to see your downloaded transactions after your integration with Amazon Sellers Channel, don't worry. Here's what you can do to find them:

Firstly, try updating your account. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select Update.

You can continue working while the update is in progress. Once it is completed, check the Banking menu again. The missing transaction should be in the For review section.

If the transaction is still missing, you can check other areas of the Banking menu. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.

Additionally, you may also want to check your account history and uncategorized accounts.

If the issue persists, as a workaround, you can manually upload them into QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ensure that they are recorded properly. This method provides a viable solution to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your financial records in QBO, in spite of any technical or connectivity problems.

If you're worried that manually updating them will create a duplicate, don't worry. You can just match the manually entered one to the existing one to avoid possible duplicates of your transactions.

For a more detailed step for this, check out this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online

Moreover, here is an article you can check to learn what to do if you see error messages or don't see recently downloaded bank transactions also, learn how to review downloaded bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online:

Keep me posted on how it goes. If you have other transaction concerns, please don't hesitate to comment below. I'll be glad to help. Take care always.
