Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Sschaub.
We value your time and effort in trying to get the Search feature functioning back to normal. Let me help and direct you to the right support that can resolve this matter on time.
We'll have to access your account and review your customer list to pinpoint the source of the issue. However, it requires us to access your account to perform this troubleshooting.
That being said, I advise contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team for further assistance. They'll also assist you in applying the permanent resolution once it's available.
Here's how to get the support information:
- In your company, tap the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
- Choose the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
- Press the Get help from a human link to see more options.
- In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat to initiate a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.
