Good work on not clicking anything on the emails you haven't recognize whom it came from. Let me help share what are the emails we normally send our customers, like you.
To start with, the emails from us normally have the same email address domain whichever product you are using. You can read this article to learn more about each of the email domains: Receive important email messages from Intuit.
With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so one of our specialists can pull up your account on file. With certain tools, they can review the content of the email you receive and confirm if it is from us or not. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- On the What can we help you with? section, select Search something else.
- Enter Unreconize Email in the Tell us more account your question.
- Select Search.
- Choose a channel where you wish to connect with our dedicated support.
