quick books tool hub for macbook air

It's great to have you join this forum, Hands on. I've come to provide insight to help resolve issues when doing tasks in your QuickBooks for Mac account.

Beforehand, may I know any specific errors received when managing your file? What QuickBooks version you're currently navigating? What steps have you performed to help rectify this concern? Any additional input would be much appreciated.

Since QuickBooks Tool Hub is unavailable for Mac, we recommend performing a clean installation of the software. This process will remove any remaining installation files and allow you to reinstall the program cleanly. Before doing so, you need to uninstall the program from your device. To do this:

  1. Close the QuickBooks Desktop. If you're unable to close it, you can press the Command + Option + Esc keys together.
  2. Navigate to the Finder menu situated at the top left corner of the Mac desktop, then select Applications.
  3. Drag the QuickBooks icon to the Trash.

Once done, remove the PLIST files from both User and System to revert all preferences to their default settings and ensure that all data are free from errors. Refer to these steps on how to perform it:

Delete User PLIST files

  1. Go to the Finder menu located at the top left corner of the Mac desktop.
  2. Select the Go option followed by long pressing the Options button on your keyboard.
  3. Select the Library option, then select the Preferences folder.
  4. Locate the PLIST files present next to the QuickBooks name.
  5. Once found, move the files to the trash bin, and clear the trash folder to complete the process.

Delete System PLIST files

  1. Go to the Finder menu located at the top left corner of the Mac desktop.
  2. Tap on the Macintosh HD option.
  3. Select the Go option followed by long pressing the Options button on your keyboard.
  4. Select the Library option, then select the Preferences folder.
  5. Locate the PLIST files present next to the QuickBooks name.
  6. Once found, move the files to the trash bin, and clear the trash folder to complete the process.

Then, you can start reinstalling or downloading the software to help you keep going.

I'm all ears to any additional queries you may have when managing QuickBooks tasks in your account. Feel free to reply to this post, so I can provide further help. Take care and have a good one!
