Sadly, there's nothing in the spam. Nor my question was answered in the FAQs you shared. 

And I don't find anywhere what kind of gift to expect from QuickBooks.

Hi,

Have you received an email regarding the QuickBook gifts on early completion of recertification? I completed mine today, and I didn't receive any email either.

I passed my recertification months ago, early, and qualified for a “gift” which would be mailed. I’ve seen nothing, nor do I have an email about it. What’s up?!

I have not received any email and no gift as well. I have completed the test prior to May 18th 2022

As mentioned by my colleague @BettyJaneB above, after completing and passing the recertification exam, you'll receive a special QuickBooks® branded gift. It will be delivered right to your front door. Although we don't know the exact details of the items but rest assured you will receive them.
