Also, you can consider accessing your account through a private or incognito browser. As Fiat Lux - Asia suggested above. Performing this lets us rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.
Once you're able to get through and continue the integration in an incognito browser, you can clear your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
