Is anyone else's quickbooks training videos just not working?

First, let's check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Videos may fail to load or play if the connection is slow or unstable.

 

If it still doesn't play, I recommend using a private browser. Sometimes, QBO may be poorly configured due to locally stored internet cache files, which can contribute to the software's unusual behavior. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P
