QuickBooks Business Network not loading

My new QBO install isn't loading any results when typing in a new vendor.  The only setting I can find is under account, advanced, business network - which is on, but that's more about my information for others.  When I go to expenses, vendors, new vendor and start typing in the company name field nothing comes up. I called tech support the screen shared, saw the behavior, had no idea and after about 20 minutes said there was an outage and it was affecting multiple people.  I haven't seen any posts about that and it's been like this for 24 hours.  Figure something else must be up.  Anyone else encounter this issue and find a way to get it to start showing results? I really don't want to have to manually enter each vendors information if I can help it.

QuickBooks Business Network not loading

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use a separate Melio account for free to sync with QBO as a workaround. You should be able to run the bill payment in Melio for the time being.

This occurs on both my Mac running Safari and PC using Chrome. Also on iOS, though I don't know if its supposed to work with mobile app.

 

I tried using private mode on Safari and same behavior. No results for companies come up when typing company name for vendor.

No luck. Behavior on Safari (macOS) and Chrome (PC). Tried with private mode on Safari. Also doesn't work on iOS app, though not sure if it should or not.

Thanks for joining this thread here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to view vendor names in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

To rule out any browser related issues first, I recommend clearing the cache. Doing so will remove anything that's blocking the vendor data from loading properly. Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome for example:

 

1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots).
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
5. Click Clear data.

If you've already completed those steps and the issue is persisting, the quickest way to get this addressed would be to call in to the QuickBooks Online Support Team. This is still happening and tech support is not able to resolve. It is being escalated.
