Quickbooks Checking and Payment Links

I already have quickbooks Online account access and would like to be able to use the Quickbooks Checking and Payment Link Tool to send to my customers. in both cases when I try to register it says that the request was not approved. I would like to understand better why this is being denied. To detail better, my account is just admin, would it have to be the primary admin to make this request?

Quickbooks Checking and Payment Links

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Frank.

I'll lay out some possible reasons why your application has been declined.

If you applied for both QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking, you might only be eligible for Payments. Learn more about Intuit's Acceptable Use Policy and the types of businesses and prohibited behaviors.

A business bank account is QuickBooks Checking. We must therefore confirm the legitimacy of the person or organization opening the account. With the help of the data you supply in the application, we can check for people, organizations, enterprises, niches, and regions that we are not permitted to serve.

You may want to contact our Merchant Support for further assistance. Also, to enable them to double-check why the application was unapproved. They can also check the methods to get this sorted out.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Choose the Search tab and then click on Contact Us.
  4. Please put in a brief description of your concern, and then hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Callback from the option.
  6. Enter your contact information and click Get a call.

Additionally, refer to this article for other options when contacting them. You can also scroll down to the bottom to see their support schedules and hours: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.
