quickbooks desktop accountant 2020 errors

Please help.  I have QB Accountant Edition Desktop 2020.  It is on my computer that has a SSD drive with Windows 10 Pro FOR WORKSTATIONS.  From time to time, when I run the Verify Data, it picks up errors and when I run the Rebuild, I have to run it twice before it says that everything is ok.  I copied the file onto an old computer with a traditional hard drive with regular Windows 10 Pro before I ran the Rebuild.  I don't get the same "response" when I operate on that computer.  Everything seems normal on that one.  Could my SSD drive and/or my Workstation version of Windows 10 Pro be a problem?

Thanks for sharing the full details of your concern, @LANDYRAY.

Yes, you're right. It could be that the installed SSD drive with Windows 10 Pro is what's causing the error.

Based on what you've mentioned, everything is working well when you run the Verify Data tool on your old computer.

Since you've already isolated the issue, I recommend reaching out to an IT expert. This way, they can check your device and provide you the appropriate troubleshooting steps that will fix the issue.

In the meantime, you can do a clean install of your QuickBooks Desktop program to fix this problem.
