Quickbooks Desktop App Not allowing receipts to be recorded

We use a tablet to record receipts with the QuickBooks desktop mobile app. It worked with the previous tablet, but we got a new one. The app is compatible and works, but it does not give the option to snap receipts. (Previous tablet is signed out of)

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community!

 

You'll want to make sure that the app has the necessary requirement to be able to snap receipts. You can want to give it access to your camera and storage. Please consult your phone's brand support if you don't know the steps.

 

  1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
  5. We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
  6. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
