I have QB Desktop 2024 Premier. I have QB Data Protect set up and working. I runs reliably each day but I stopped getting the confirmation emails. I have the box checked to send ALL of the different email confirmations but no emails are recieved. I used to work some months ago but now does not.
Any ideas?

I'm also having this problem. It's been happening for probably the last year. The emals used to come regularly, now they don't come at all. Would like a solution to this.

For something that has worked perfectly for years to all of a sudden stop working, should be something that can be fixed easily, for it should be something that has changed on their end, just my thinking.
Agreed. I have been frustrated about it for a while and just decided to search it today. I used to be able to log out and log back in and the emails would come again, but that doesn't work anymore.
