Does Quickbooks Desktop Database Server Manager v22 rely on Adobe Flash? Flash has shown as a vulnerability on our Quickbooks server and I'm reluctant to remove it without being certain it won't cause an issue.
Additionally, does the software support XML version 6? As an update is due.

It's my pleasure to help and guide you about the QuickBooks Desktop Database Sever Manager, @liamCabot.
Once you install the Database Server Manager, you need to scan your company files. Once you scan them, you can access your company files from other computers on your network. This lets you and users on your network work together in QuickBooks Desktop from multiple computers.
That said, QuickBooks Desktop Database Server Manager v22 doesn't rely on Adobe Flash. Also, make sure to add all the folders that are holding your company files. Verify the folders are showing on the QuickBooks company files found area. In case you have added Windows access permission, please don't forget to grant QBDataServiceUser22 full control access.
For software compatibility, the XML version6 is not yet supported in QuickBooks. Though QuickBooks integrates with hundreds of other apps. Here’s a list of the most common apps you can use.
