Issue: QuickBooks Desktop for Windows freezes when trying to email or print
Root cause: Common theme identified is a Windows 10 update KB4560960 which was released on 6/9, and the use of jpg logos in the QuickBooks template.
What can you do now?
Microsoft did release an update KB4567512 to help resolve issues with KB4560960 . If this update doesn't resolve your issue, then your two options are:
- Change the file type of your logo in QuickBooks from JPG to PNG, or
- Edit the form template and uncheck the Use Logo option to remove the logos
- Uninstall the KB4560960 update in Windows 10
