Quickbooks desktop in Brazil

You can purchase QuickBooks Desktop for the US version and set up your multicurrency to Brazilian currency to keep track of your transactions in Brazil.

Before turning on your Multicurrency, please know that you're unable to toggle it off. Ensure to create a backup company file to secure your data. To turn on the feature, here's how:

1. Go to the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
2. Tick Multiple Currencies.
3. From the Company Preferences tab, select Yes, I use more than one currency.
4. Go to the drop-down and choose your home currency.
5. Click OK when done. 
   
   

With regard to your bank transactions, we can only import list transactions using the Excel file. Otherwise, download a file (.QBO) with your company's transactions from your bank or credit card. Then, that file to QuickBooks to add those transactions to your accounts.

You can still purchase a one-time license for QB Desktop 2021 from some partners/resellers. If you prefer to use QB Desktop US Pro 2022 or 2023, you will also need to purchase the license through selected partner/reseller. QB Desktop US version only supports banks in the US. You can use a third-party tool to import bank statements from various file formats (eg *.qbo, *.csv, *.pdf).
