Hello
I am a bookkeeper and I have a client who wants to be able to log into her quickbooks at home and see what is happening in realtime? My old office used Qbox but I am wondering if there is a way we can both work on the books at the same time in different places?
Make sure you have a license for 2 users or more to run in multiuser mode on your host. Then you can explore this private cloud solution. Contact me in private if you need assistance to setup.

Your client can set up their company file to where it can be opened on a multi-user server. This will enable them and others to access their books from other computers.
Initially, they'll need to set up QuickBooks to function on a multi-user network.
Here's how:
Their next step will be to set up folder permissions on their server computer so that the folder with their company file(s) has permission to be on the network.
Afterwards, they'll need to confirm they have QuickBooks Database Server Manager installed on their server computer.
They'll be able to find the rest of the steps for setting up a multi-user network in our Install QuickBooks on a server article.
Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any questions. Have a great day!
