We are using a multi-user set up, and when we go to apply payments to invoices, we get a 3 minute lag per invoice.
This only starts happening when after this error appears in windows event viewer:
An unexpected error has occured in "Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 24.0":
Payments: Company Auth ID and RealmID are not matching
The solutions we found basically involve clearing the local AuthID and resetting Intuit ID settings before unlinking and relinking the payments account.
We are worried this will cause us to be unable to use the stored payment tokens on the intuit servers to continue billing our customers like normal
