Quickbooks has locked W2 and employer has yet to provide W2 for 2021

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Have your employer tried accessing the W2 through their QuickBooks program? Here's how to view or print prior years' W-2:

1. Click on the Employees menu.
2. Select Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s, then click Process Payroll Forms.
3. Under Filing History, find the prior year's W-2.
4. To access and print your W-2 information, click on the link under the Saved PDF column.

Let me know if that works out for you! I also noticed that your employer is not having the best time reaching support, and I want to know which method they use. Also, if you are trying to change prior information, yes,  it would be locked, and our team would be the only one who can help to unlock it. Hello, thank you for the response. Yes, they were trying to make changes and got locked out. They are also not even able to see the amounts anymore. They have tried every method but have not received any reply. They just tried to email as well. They have left multiple messages. Please let us know what is the best way to get a hold of someone who will respond and can unlock this information.

That is the phone number we use. We have tried this number and the general sales number and it's just prompts and never directs to a real person. We have the middle tier level of membership - is this why we are not able to get support?
