Join nowMy employer issued a W2 in January through Quickbooks (automatic) and it was sent to an old address as we moved last year. It should have been forwarded but I never received it. My employer is now trying to reissue the W2 or just VERIFY amounts so that we can do a manual W2 but all the information is locked. She has tried to contact Quickbooks support for months now - to no avail. I already had to file an extension but that is only until 10/15. It is now almost October - what options do we have to unlock this information in Quickbooks?

Hello, thank you for the response. Yes, they were trying to make changes and got locked out. They are also not even able to see the amounts anymore. They have tried every method but have not received any reply. They just tried to email as well. They have left multiple messages. Please let us know what is the best way to get a hold of someone who will respond and can unlock this information.

That is the phone number we use. We have tried this number and the general sales number and it's just prompts and never directs to a real person. We have the middle tier level of membership - is this why we are not able to get support?
