QuickBooks Integration with Clover Services POS

I have not been able to get help with this question from Clover Services, my bank or Intuit.  It is possible to integrate Clover Services POS to QuickBooks for accounting reasons.  Entering end of day sales from the POS system... We use QuickBooks for Invoicing/Billing.   We run several dozen credit cards each month.  Right now we are entering the numbers manually into the POS system, then entering the payment in QuickBooks.  Is it possible, using Clover Services to enter invoices into QuickBooks then pay the invoice by credit card through Clover Services POS automatically.  There is a place to enter credit card info in the customer's account in QuickBooks.  You can run the card if you are using Intuit for you POS, but is it possible when using Clover Services?  We are using 2018 Desktop right now.  We are going to up grade to the subscription Desktop version the end of the year.

QuickBooks Integration with Clover Services POS

I'm here to get you pointed in the right direction with regards to integration with Clover Services POS, @Dogfacemarc.

You can check with the Clover Service if they can receive data from QuickBooks Desktop. This way, you can easily pay invoices from QuickBooks Desktop, and Clover Services can receive the payment data.

Also, QuickBooks integrates with various third-party applications to help you run your business easier. I suggest contacting our Intuit Developer. They are the experts when it comes to integrating applications in QuickBooks Desktop,

Here's how:

To help you upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop file, you can follow the steps below:

  2. Click the standard setup link.
  3. Select the country, product, & version and click the Search button.
  4. Click on the Download button.
  5. Once the software is downloaded, visit the location where is downloaded and double click on the QB executable file, this will initiate the file extraction process.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions. Accept the software license agreement and then select Next.
  7. Enter your Product and License numbers. Then select Next.
  8. Select the type of installation.
  9. After this, if you've chosen the Custom and Network setup, you'll have to select as to where you'll be using QBDT.
  10. Once the above-mentioned steps are completed, click Next to continue the installation.
  11. After the installation process is completed, restart the computer and activate QBDT.
