We have received reports about issues opening the QuickBooks Online application. With that, I suggest reaching out to our phone experts so they can add you as one of the affected users.
Here's how:
- Click the ? Help icon.
- On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
- You can enter, I have issues with opening the QuickBooks Online app.
- Select No.
- Select either Chat with us or Have us call you.
In the meantime, you may log into your QuickBooks account through a mobile web browser.
