When accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO), check your internet connection. It will help you avoid any potential risks from using an unsecured network. The requirements for your computer's internet speed and your web and mobile browser may vary depending on your system. Regarding web browsers, QuickBooks supports the current and two previous versions of most popular browsers. Keep your browser up-to-date to ensure you have the latest security updates.

 

The supported browsers are as follows:

 

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. Have a Firefox PDF plugin for previewing and printing forms on Mac OS.
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer. Only on Mac
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer
