quickbooks online mileage tracking

Hi, @smallbusinessowner. It's good to have you posting here on the Community page. Let me share some details about who can track mileage in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The mileage tracking feature in QBO is currently available to admin users only. That said, you'll want to alter user permissions so they can track mileage. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Manage users.
3. Choose Edit in the Action column.
4. From the User type dropdown, select Admin.
   
   
    
5. Click Save.

You can use a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO and track the mileage of non Admin users.
