We're no longer putting phone numbers on our web pages, so you will not wait on the line when you call us during peak hours. However, you can reach out to them in a few clicks from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Here's how:
- Click the Help icon on the top right.
- Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
- Enter a short description about your concern.
- Click on Let's talk.
- Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
This change has been implemented not so long ago and is also the reason why their phone number isn't available anymore.
