I have found - too many times - something major in the program will change, without explanation. The issue today took me well over an hour to solve, and QB support was of ZERO help.
Note: I am NOT talking about the transaction audit log inside QuickBooks.

Our auditors our implementing a new audit standard, SAS 145, and as part of this they must evaluate IT General Controls. Specifically they need to evaluate the IT General Controls for the accounting system, which we use QBO.
Our auditors are requesting a list for changes to QBO for 2023 (ie release notes such as are published for QB Desktop). Can you please work with the development team and provide this information?
