I am attempting this conversion and what I have found is invoices that include reimbursable expenses are not migrated, therefore, no deposits that include these invoices are recorded.
I've yet to figure out why this is the case and I did not see this in the issue section for conversion.
Please help.

Thanks for coming to the Community. I'm here to provide information about the limitations when moving from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
When you transfer your data, billable/reimbursable status on deposits doesn't copy. It also includes the following:

I now have to decide whether I fix a migrated file, which requires I recreate the missing invoices that include expenses going back to 2015, or recreate all transactions in the last Quickbooks desktop backup file I have going back to August 2021.
