QuickBooks Online Update 08-30-23

When QBO updated it's platform on 8/30/23, not only did it mess up templates and other items I had set-up online via my desktop, my field techs can't even complete their invoices efficiently because QBO engineers did not test thru to the mobile apps to see how their changes would impact what app users see when they launch their invoices/sales receipts/estimates, etc... Not only are custom fields missing (supposedly they're aware of it and are working on the issue for 4 weeks now - I don't believe it - it took them 2 years to fix the last issue I had on the mobile app), my line item discounts have stopped calculating correctly and I just discovered on Monday, my sales tax is not calculating correctly.  For the love of all that is good, could QuickBooks implement a process whereby changes are tested THRU to the mobile apps so we don't have continual issues?  I am so sick of the engineers incompetency and customer service reps that have no idea how QuickBooks even functions.  Currently looking for a new online accounting vendor.  I'll spend my $200 per month somewhere else AND get an online payroll service that actually functions the way I need it to.

QuickBooks Online Update 08-30-23

I am having the same issue with the custom fields - and also endured an upsetting phone conversation with a customer service rep who seemed to have no clue and told me multiple times "That's weird" and nothing else. This is truly aggravating and I would also like to be notified when there is a solution as well.
