Go to the Help menu and choose Contact Us.
Type Merchant Services in the text box, then click Let's Talk.
Select Request a callback and enter your contact info.
You'll receive a call from one of our agents shortly. You can also chat with our Point of Sales team through chat if the problem keeps occurring.
