I have purchased QB Pro 2021 ten days ag and was told that it can track inventory. However, when setting up New Item, it offers only Service, Non-Inventory, Other Charges... No inventory items! What can be done? Thank you so much in advance.

You have to enable the feature first.
Navigate to Edit menu > Preferences > Item & Inventory > Company Preferences
