I have QuickBooks Pro Plus 2024 Desktop edition and have purchased 2 user licenses.
I have noticed that on my Icon Bar (see attached image), multiple user licenses keep appearing. More and more with each passing day.
I have tried the following to remedy:
Customized Icon Bar to remove User Licenses. They just come back the next time I log in.
Uninstalled and Reinstalled the application.
Created an additional User so as not to log in as Administrator and customized that Icon Bar and THAT works for THAT user. Problem only seems to keep occuring with the Administrator user.
Anyone else have this happen to them? I imagine there as to be a fix. Perhaps something with the registry? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Included a screenshot of my dilemma.

I appreciate you providing detailed information about what you've encountered with the multiple user licenses that keep populating, @nikolic01.
In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can delete the user license so it will not keep appearing on your account. It's my pleasure to guide you how:
