Quickbooks Receipt Snap Not Cropping Documents

Sometime last week, the camera view on the Receipt Snap function on the Quickbooks Mobile App stopped automatically identifying documents and cropping them with the green box when scanning. I don't want to manually crop all my receipts. 

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, refreshed data in the app, and power cycled my phone. Any ideas/updates?

I appreciate that you've tried refreshing your app's data and tried to uninstall and reinstall your app as troubleshooting steps. Since the issue persists, I recommend contacting the Customer Care Support Team so they can have a screen-sharing session with you and investigate this behavior further. This way, they can give you the possible resolution to this matter.
