QuickBooks Support Issues

Is anyone else having an issue with QuickBooks not following up? When I signed up I was given a contact. They never responded after multiple emails/outreach over a year. Meanwhile, I was reaching out via the chat system and the help line. I spoke with many customer service representatives. All of them promised follow up and outreach. None of them followed through.

 

What is everyone else doing to get recompense from Quickbooks and the attention they deserve? My account is charged on time every month yet I don't get half the services I was promised. Truly, this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I'd rather spend my day at the bank.

Yes, specifically, why does Quickbooks not reach out when they say they will? Is it that they are too busy? Is there an overload? Are customer problems prioritized and mine aren't serious enough to be handled yet? Where am I on the waitlist?

 

As far as actual help or outreach I'm pretty certain I wont see that. But I will see Quickbooks charge me for the services they sort-of provide. I'm now paying my accountant over $100/hour to fix all the issues Quickbooks caused by automating certain classifications and not even tracking the rest after I linked things. Absolute mess.

We have the 2019 Mac version of QB.  Single user, do not use it for processing payroll and/or bank actions; only for accounting and forwarding payroll to the Aatrix ultimate payroll program.....nothing else.  We are current with QB overall - yet we now get hounded to upgrade file space - which we have not done since we started using QB 2019.  They threaten cutting off support if we don't pay for additional space to correct file corruption which we don't think is affecting our desktop single user version.  We have never paid for that "space" - other than keeping our overall support plan in good standing - because we don't think it's necessary with our limited use.  Under what circumstances can they cut off our program if we don't pay for the so called additional file space?  The program otherwise works fine.  What other recourse do we have if our program all of a sudden stops working for whatever reason?  Trust there's no legitimate reason for that potential disruption of our operation.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Who are they? I'm not sure they're a legitimate Intuit support team. There is not such policy. Just ignore them.
