Quickbooks Support

Over the last couple of months, QuickBooks support has devolved into a nightmare of Comcast proportions.  Why are we calling and texting people who do not know any answers, how QuickBooks or understand accounting, and who therefore need to keep us on the phone for far longer than necessary while they call or text OTHER people who know the answers, with a language barrier increasing the confusion?  Why can't we just speak to the OTHER people for shorter periods of time who can actually help us?  Accountants and bookkeepers bring a lot of business to Intuit, we deserve better than this.
