Hello there, @michaelbeard.
I want to ensure this is taken care of. First, may I know the error message that you've received? It can help us determine the cause of the problem and resolve it.
I've checked our records and haven't found any investigations related to your concern. Sometimes, issues like this might be caused by the file cache stored in your browser.
Let's open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save your browsing history and help isolate web issues.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works fine, go to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing so fixes problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
You can also use a different supported browser as an alternate solution.
Additionally, I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide resources for managing your QBO account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.
Please let me know if you have additional questions in QuickBooks. I'll be here to help however I can. Stay safe.
