To begin with, please know that importing a class list from an Excel file to QuickBooks Desktop is currently unavailable. Since you want to import a class list, you can use the IIF file instead. On the other hand, if you prefer to import using an Excel file, I recommend giving direct feedback to our product engineers. Although this feature isn't available yet, the good news is that QuickBooks is constantly working to improve its products and services to make your experience even better.

- Select the Help option
- Choose the Send Feedback Online option.
- Click the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window will appear.
- Note down your feedback suggestion, then click Send Feedback to submit it.
Once done, you can monitor and check the status of your request by checking our Customer Feedback.
