My contractor's have been in my QB Intuit online payroll account for a number of years. The W-9 information is in their accounts on the Detail page, however, on the Document page it states "waiting for info". I pay all contractors with a manual check or Bill Pay directly from our business account. This afternoon one of the QB tech's told me I needed to enter the monies pay in the Payroll section under Contractors. I've manually entered all the 2021 monies paid during the 4th quarter and they are listed on the Contractor Payment Report, however, they are not showing up on the 1099s. I was also told by the QB Customer Service techs that I need to complete a Correction Check template for each of the contractors, however, I can't find one in Intuit online payroll. I only use QB Intuit Online Payroll. I first tried to print the 2021 1099's on Mon, Jan 10th before I learned I had to enter the monies paid in the Payroll section. I thought perhaps I could delete all the information I began in the 1099 section, and try again, however, I haven't figured out to get back to page 1 of the 1099 preparation. Can anyone help me?

I did contact the Quick Books team again and I was helped with a 1099 Online Payroll specialist, who I gave a very high rating. She quickly solved my issues about printing my 1099's and then she waited on the phone for me to be connected with another team member to help me access my quarterly PR reports. That person was also very helpful, which I gave another high rating to.
I called QuickBooks on Thursday and I was able to speak with a QB Online 1099 specialist who solved my problem very quickly so I could print my 1099's, and then she waited on the phone line until I was connected with a payroll specialist who could help me locate my quarterly reports. Both of these IT's persons were extremely helpful and I appreciated their help and gave both of them high ratings.
