I can't use QuickBooks (mac app) due to this. Help!

This error has been already resolved. For now, we recommend using a web browser when accessing QuickBooks Online. You ca also contact us for us to report this to our engineers:

  1. Click the Help icon at the top to open the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to choose the Contact us button.
  3. Input the issue /topic in the field box and then tap the Let’s talk option.
  4. This will lead you to the contact information window.
  5. Pick how you want to reach out to our support team: Message an agent or Get a callback.
