About those badges and cheers......

All the badges I have earned were related to complaints about Intuit/Quickbooks. Either those I wrote myself or responded to complaints of others which I agreed with.

 

The same thing for the cheers, it is from other people that agree with my observations/complaints.

 

And to top things off just got a email from Quickbooks Community about my new rank..... Level 3.

 

I am a peed off customer, so funny.

Think social media, not tech support, then the badges become understandable.  Social media types are all about badges

Yeah your right. Pretty soon Intuit will be instituting a 140 character limit for a post.

 

Perfectly fine for expressing your happy feelings about their products, but very difficult to explain why the functionality they insist is good for us is making us unproductive, less safe, frustrated and determined not to upgrade to QB online (because we know things are only going to get worse there).

 

By the way I will give you a cheer!
